Poor Work Quality. They didn't have shingles when they arrived. I luckily had a some in garage. Shingles not secured well and some blew off. Now I have a minor leak. Poor communication with MrSanchez. He is quite combative. There is a lack of respect for the customers time as they do not honor the time slot that the customer selects. I will have some other toofing company repair the leak and either rejuvenate or restore the existing roof as at this time insurance will not cover the roof replacement which the company REALLY tried to sell me on. I wasn't about to tell him All of my personal and financial business but he was unwilling to trust me the customer that at this time a brand new entire roof replacement WAS SIMPLY NOT DOABLE DUE TO FINANCIAL CONSTRAINTS. How dare someone tell me what I can and cannot do with my money. There was a stubborn refusal to LISTEN.

Got the job done quick and professionally at a fraction of the cost I received from other companies.

Adian and Johnny went above and beyond to get my roof replaced. The crew did a great job all the way around. Took care my plants and put everything back and clean up was perfect. I will be recommending this company as often as I can. They really do care about the customer. All I can say is WOW and thank you for your kindness and everything you did!!

Johnny is very knowledgeable and responsive. He took the time to show us many options and explained each one thoroughly. Including how home insurance works and went beyond our expectation on helping us with our claim. He gave was one quote for the roof and one for re-decking our roof. He set up a profile from starting the job with the use of his drone to the completion of the job. He takes good care of his crew who kept the job site neat and worked quickly. Stripping re-decking putting on new roof was completed all in one day. Our new roof looks amazing and our neighbors were impressed with the crew and their work. We love the outcome of our new roof. So pleased with J&M All-Pro Roofing & Construction, LLC & johnny arrived on time to inspect the damage to our ridge tiles and took photos to show us what required repairing/replacing. They arrived promptly the next morning as promised and completed the work in a professional friendly manner. Photos again taken to show us what work had been done, exactly as promised. Very pleased with the work done and they cleaned everything down before leaving. Highly recommended.

We had a major problem with our chimney as all the rendering had weathered considerably making the pots insecure. We used J&M All-Pro Roofing & Construction, LLC for a replacement front tiled roof. Johnny came straight out to my home to discuss our needs and followed this up with an estimate for the work. Our work was booked in about 3 weeks later when a professional team of 5 roofers arrived and had the job completed within a morning. Called J&M All-Pro Roofing & Construction, LLC following an inspection of my roof by another company. Had several issues with main roof, roof on extension and guttering. Johnny called I showed him what problems I had and he then explained what needed to be done to rectify them. A lot of the problems stemmed from a single issue, which the other company told me needed seeing to separately. Roofing masters told me that if he repaired this one section it would resolve a lot of the others. He could quite easily have told me yes they all need repairing. The quote they gave was very competitive and I asked if the work could be done ASAP. 2 weeks later work was fitted in and done. Since then we have had several down pours and everything is dry.

Came straight away after phoning them. Did new flat roof 36hrs later. Cleaned and tidy area where work was done. Very respectable to use and are property. Very pleased with the work they have done.
