I have used Perera Painting and Remodeling many times over the past 9 years. They painted the whole interior of my house (walls, doors, and trim). They painted my kitchen cabinets, restored my front door to look new, plus small jobs like installing ceiling fans and adding a roof fan to detached garage (that fan has been there for years with zero problem and no leaks.) They also painted my next door neighbor’s house interior and the exterior of my back neighbor’s house. The Perera Painting truck is often seen in our neighborhood (Cross Creek Ranch) because they do excellent work.They are a father and son team that I trust in my home and appreciate that they treat my home like their own. Recently we hired Perera Painting and Remodeling to paint our entire house and we are glad we did! They went above and beyond to make our home perfect! We had them paint all of the ceilings, baseboards, and walls. Everything looks great and very clean, no roller or brush marks. There were several wall repairs that they had to fix, that they did without any troubles! In addition, we also had them change almost all of the ceiling lights and fans in the house and all of the light switches and outlets. They truly went out of their way to make everything work for us. Humberto Senior also came back and fixed some caulking that we needed fixed on exterior of the home. They really are able to fix all of your home needs! We would definitely recommend Humberto Senior and Junior. They were fairly priced and very trust worthy. They spent a month painting our house, so we just created a temporary code. It was reassuring to us to know our home was in good hands even when we werenâ t there to supervise!

I've been hiring Humberto and his father for a few years now, whenever I need a room repainted for the last 6 years! They're an awesome duo. Very responsive and high quality work always. Over the years they've painted accent Wallstreet, around my fireplace, office, bedroom, and two toned game room. They may run a bit late but they've gotten much better over the years with communicating any delays ahead of time via text message. Fluent in English. Estimates are reasonably aligned to quality of work and I'm always satisfied with outcomes. Plan to freshen up the outside of my home sometime next year and will hire them again. Highly recommend.

Humberto and his team did a great job. We had the entire house painted. All the walls, patio, doors, cabinets, inside draws, etc. The service was personable and we are grateful for the high quality of work done. I am very happy that I found this company online. I can't say enought about how greatful I am to hire them. Perera Painting And Remodeling did above my expectations, they went above and beyond, they use top of the line paint, I initially wanted them to patch some rotten parts and the bottom of my walls, but they instead came up with the idea of using a 8 inch hardy plank board which will never rot because is a concrete plank. Very professional, I will recommend them hands down. I will be hiring them again at the end of the year for interior painting.
