"I think their policy is a punitive one: to charge you $100 if you switch from recurring to one-time. I offered to pay the difference between a one-time fee and a recurring fee after I cancelled because I was dissatisfied. They stopped communicating with me when I asked that they remove their charge of $100 and they said that it was their policy to make the charge. I think this is a bad business practice, although it is their policy. So that is why I am not going to give them my business again. They can keep my $100, which I think is a punitive charge, but they will not get any more of my business."

"Our service with Rich from Lone Star Chem-Dry was exceptional. He was friendly, professional and thorough. We were concerned with some lingering pet odor stains from our dog. He took the time to listen to our concerns and tailored the service to our needs. We also had a wool rug cleaned. Rugs are often not easy to clean without causing damage and he took his time, and was careful. The rug and carpets look great! I would highly recommend his services.
