"Gary called me less than a minute after I submitted my project to Servicemagic!! He was also the only contractor that did call me. Gary was very friendly, helpful, and was able to come out and give me an estimate that same day. My folks were replacing the nearly new carpet in their house with hardwoods and had offered it to us, so he would be installing used carpet. My wife and I already had two other estimates, and Gary's came in considerably lower!! He began our install the day after our "new to us" carpet arrived, and finished the following day. We were very pleased with his work. He even came back and did a few touch ups two week later!!"

"Very well; great job; He pulled up the trim and then put it back down.  He also moved the furniture.  It was mostly done in one day.  Highly recommend this company.

We went to the grocery not realizing that a thunder storm was brewing up.  Before we could get back to the house, a really bad storm had blown through.  We have a dog that is terrified of storms.  During our absence, he ripped apart a box and ATE TWO OF THE SLATS IN OUR BLINDS.   Not a pretty sight.

I called the folks at Delightful Blinds and explained my dilemma. Although they were going on a rewards trip the next day they promised to get back to me when they returned.  Asking that I measure carefully where the little groves were on the slats where they fit into the mechanism.

Sure enough, they got back with me promptly after returning from their trip.   They somehow managed to get the replacement slats for me (plus a couple of extra, in case Ace eats the blinds again) for no charge.

NOW THAT IS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE.  They went out of their way to assist us.

I'll be using them again as I replace window treatments in our San Antonio home.

All I can say is thank you for such good and responsive service.

"They did a great job. They were right here on time. They took care of it. I remember they did a nice job. They moved furniture around and did what they needed to do."

"Overall it went well.  The cleaner showed up on time and cleaned the carpets."

"Excellent work performed. Carpets looked brand new!"

"I found these guys on Angie's list. I called up in a panic since we were ready to move and had to have the place ready within days. The owner, Gary, was on the spot within a few hours to give an estimate. Started the job the next day and finished it the same day. The workers were very cordial and professional and asked my opinion about options when available. One of them even stayed late on a weekend to help finish up so extra work I added on at the end. These guys were very good."

"After seeing the über-perfect work done at really great pricing by Sherry's Flooring and Design for the new wood floors at my daughter's home, we decided to get a bid on carpet replacement for our own rather tired-looking master bedroom. Readily finding just the right color, texture, and quality of carpet we wanted from Sherry's huge selection of luxury and budget product samples, we quickly reached an agreeable price and placed our order. In a couple of weeks, the new carpet and padding arrived, along with two of the most professional installers we've seen in our more than 50 years of home ownership around the State of Texas! To start, our many furnishings, including antiques and a particularly massive bed, were securely and neatly accommodated. Then it was "out with the old and in with the new" in short order. Before the afternoon ended, everything was back in place without a scrape nor scuff. Best of all, the chosen carpet looks absolutely FABULOUS. And since Sherry Miller's interior design business includes cabinetry, countertops, custom tilework, paint, window coverings, and what-all, we'll be using them again in the very near future. Without hesitation nor reservation, we heartily recommend the meticulous service, very good prices, and extremely high quality of Sherry's Flooring and Design."

"Very well.  Jordan's staff was very professional.  They moved my furniture and were very respectful and careful with my personal belongings.  The job took about 2 days longer than I anticipated but it was all good.   The flooring turned out great and aside from a few giant hand prints on the walls after they were finished, I was very pleased with the outcome. I would use Doninion again without hesitation
