He didn t do the good job. Some stains are still there. His in and out time was very short.

"Sorry, you had a bad experience with our company. We give a 30-day guarantee on all our work. When the technician arrived he had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get started. The houses had stuff all over the floor. And bleach stains will not come out with regular cleaning."

Derrick was GREAT! I work from home and left Derrick to do his magic. Within no time, all my badly stained rugs were (seriously) looking like new. Derrick was friendly, professional, did a great job, and it was all at what I thought was a fantastic value. I always thought rug cleaning was a pain in the butt to deal with, but this experience has me thinking I should just schedule this on a regular basis - so stress-free! Thanks Derrick - ??
