I've used Patrick several time for carpet cleaning and tile cleaning.
Each time, he arrived on time and completed the work in the time
that was stated.  The prices have been reasonable and the results
outstanding.

I was very pleased with the service of Green Clean Carpet Care. I called to get an estimate for cleaning large area rugs and Saltillo tile floors. I was impressed when I called I got the owner, Patrick Ward, who was very knowledgable in cleaning tile floors and large area rugs. He explained his method of cleaning wouldn't work for our type of area rugs and gave a company he recommended where I could take them. He answered all my questions over the phone before we scheduled an appointment for him to clean our Saltillo tile floors. I chose GCCC because of the use of non-toxic chemicals which was very important to me plus the A-ratings on Angie's List and he was very affordable. Patrick was on time, very polite and did a thorough job of cleaning 1,000sf of Saltillo tile floors and grout without removing the finish which is exactly what we wanted. The floors smelled so "clean" but with no odor. I am very pleased with the job Patrick did. I highly recommend Green Clean Carpet Care. I will definitely use him again.

Patrick is extremely knowledgeable about carpet and tile cleaning.  We have utilized his service several times and he is always responsive, punctual, courteous, friendly and his prices are reasonable.  We have used big names like Stanley Steemer in the past, and he does just as good if not better work at a fraction of the price.  I highly recommend Green Clean Carpet Care.

It was ok.  One of the tubes from the truck broke and it leaked on my stairs.  That could happen to anyone.  The price was good.  It took a couple to weeks to come but it was the busy season.

We are very pleased with the service Green Clean Carpet Care provides its customers.  We found this company on Angie's List and were impressed with all of the "A" reviews.  We were also impressed that this company because of the equipment and non-toxic chemicals that are used.  So, we contacted Green Clean Carpet Care to learn more about the services.
The owner,Patrick, responded promptly to our phone calls and email messages. He answered all of our questions over the phone before we scheduled an appointment for him to come to our home and clean our carpets. Before arriving for our scheduled appointment, Patrick called to let us know he was on his way.  When he arrived, he spent quite a bit of time going through each room and discussing what he was going to do.  First, he vacuumed all of the carpets with a very powerful vacuum cleaner.  Then, he used a very powerful hot water machine with suction to clean the carpets.  Afterwards, he spent time to explain how long we needed to allow the carpet to dry before we put things back; and he answered other questions we had about using non-toxic, environmentally friendly products on our carpets and in our home.
The carpets look great and they have a very "clean" smell, but no odor.  We are very pleased with the job Patrick did today.  We highly recommend his carpet cleaning service.  We will definitely use his company again whenever we need our carpets or tiles cleaned.

Patrick was brilliant! Best carpet cleaning we've had in 10 years.  Not only are the cat barf stains completely gone but the whole carpet smells and feels fresh.  He was punctual, called before he showed up and advised us on the best ways to deal with those 'issues' on our own.  Because he knew we had 3 cats, he let us know it was ok to let them on the carpet before it dried (tho not optimal - but cats) because his process was completely green and non-toxic  Definitely using him again for all our carpet cleaning needs

He's very environmentally friendly and does a good job.  It takes him an hour to do the job, approximately. The owner himself comes out and does the job.

He arrived on time, vacuumed all the rugs, and began working. He worked around my dog and told me when she was walking on the just cleaned carpet.
The bonus room carpet had a mild dog urine odor that we was able to neutralize with a treatment. The stairs were not planned, but he was happy to do them.
He brought an easy attitude and was happy to get things done. I would deal with him again!

Called on Tuesday and scheduled with Patrick for Friday.  He was very responsive and communicated options for scheduling.  He came on time, did a terrific job.  Vacuumed carpet before hand to make sure it was totally clean.  Excellent service.  Worked on stains until he was satisfied with how they looked.  Excellent job.  I would use him again.  Very knowledgeable about how to clean carpets.  No upcharges and no effort to sell any other products.  I will recommend him to my friends.

The owner performed the work himself. He arrived on time and performed all tasks really well. He worked with me on the rooms to be cleaned, reducing the costs substantially by only charging me partially for rooms that didn't require cleaning in areas under the furniture, which didn't need to be moved because the carpet was only a few months old. After I had gotten the new carpeting, I had experienced a small flood on part of the carpet, so only the parts of the carpet that needed to be cleaned, such as those near the new carpet, had to be cleaned. 
The carpet looked like new when he was done. He also worked quickly, plus used all "green" solutions, so there weren't fumes left in the air upon completion of the job.

The service was great. He came out and has a unique cleaning process and done a wonderful job. I have used them a few times since and will continue to use them. We had troubles lining up our schedule as he was very busy.

They were great and I would use them again!

Went very well.  Spilled quite a bit of liquid laundry detergent on brand new off white carpet and the stain would not soak up. I was freaked out but Patrick said this was common and explain why the stain was hard to remove.  He removed the stain and cleaned the rest of the carpet in that room.

This is the second time we've used Patrick for carpet cleaning & we will definitely continue to call on him for all future carpet cleaning needs.  Patrick is always very professional, shows up exactly on time, and does a fabulous job cleaning our carpets.  I wish all contractors were as good as Patrick!!  A+

Everything went well. We scheduled service for a house we recently purchased.  The carpets were in horrible shape- drink stains, pet stains, and who knows what other stains.  Patrick was punctual and friendly.  He worked very hard to clean the difficult stains on these carpets.  He went over some of the areas multiple times with multiple treatments to try and work some magic.  The carpets, while not 100%, they are in much better shape and acceptable until such time as we are able to replace the carpets.  When we do have them replaced, Patrick will be our guy to clean them going forward.  He did a great job with our chairs and area rugs as well.  I highly recommend Patrick & his services.
