"Cr& W responded quickly when I contacted Angi with an emergency water leak in my house. C&W sent Samuel who spent the next 11 hours finding the problem (a failed pipe), removing my water heater, cleaning up the mess, correcting some issues related to installation, and replacing my water heater. (The water heater was not the villain in this case but it was old enough that it warranted replacement.) Samuel was personable, kept me informed, and kept at it until I had hot water restored."

He was patient with my hovering around and asking questions and even offered helpful information when he sensed I was curious. "First time using HomeAdvisor and so glad I did. We had our water heater moved to the garage. They showed up on time for the consultation and work was completed two days later. Very professional, polite and fair priced. Only negative was the ground wire wasn’t reconnected. This was caught by the inspector and I fixed for $2. Will be recommending BlueFrog."
