"Cr& W responded quickly when I contacted Angi with an emergency water leak in my house. C&W sent Samuel who spent the next 11 hours finding the problem (a failed pipe), removing my water heater, cleaning up the mess, correcting some issues related to installation, and replacing my water heater. (The water heater was not the villain in this case but it was old enough that it warranted replacement.) Samuel was personable, kept me informed, and kept at it until I had hot water restored."

"The first time I called it was Easter Sunday and we had a leak in our garage which we thought was the water heater. Rescue rooter came, it was not the water heater but a copper pipe behind the water heater. They removed the water heater, fix the copper pipe, and put the water heater back. The second time was for a leaking toilet. Both times they were punctual, texted when they were on their way, performed the work in a timely fashion and the technicians were great. Whenever we have a plumbing problem we will definitely call rescue rooter!"
