While Joe was not the cheapest, he provided the best value for our dollar. He provided the best in electrical parts, including new disconnect and surge protection (now required by code) that included some of the best warranty on the market, lifetime warranty on his craftmanship, and provided 5 different quotes depending on any upgrades we wanted at the time.
