They were very professional and responsive, and able to send someone out the same day to clear a blocked kitchen sink drain.

This company could not have been any nicer or professional from the start. From the initial email to schedule the appointment to the two issues Derrick addressed, I was very happy with how nice everyone was. Derrick was very fast in fixing a leaking AC unit in our hallway and also installing a new faucet in a bathroom. Would highly recommend to everyone!!!! Very professional and nice ...a tough combination to find these days!

They did a good job my major complaint was they shut off the water for the full day and only when I raised a fuss about it and told them to put a ball back in so I could have water to the rest of the house. They said they had to call there Boss and it would be more money. I told them I didn’t care just turn the water back on. They turned the water back on and did not charge me any more money.

Quick to respond and prompt with their work

Tech Larry was considerate, timely (same day, within hour or so of initial contact), personable, knowledgeable, got the pilot restarted and tank working, checked all valves and connections, rechecked the pilot and the restart, and it's working/functioning just fine. Turns out, I was a disconnect caused by the HVAC company who recently installed my new furnace and I was smelling a leak in the gas line from their work. Was probably a simple fix for Larry, but a nightmare for me as I am not at all handy. Thank goodness for Enoch and for sending Larry!

Austin arrived on time and immediately knew exactly what to look for and cleared out a clogged line for us in no time. I couldn't get the clog myself with basic tools and knowledge so it was well worth getting professionals to solve the issue for me.
