"I was apprehensive about using any pest control service for a major flea infestation at a rental property. I was told by many people that it would be next to impossible to get rid of the fleas. Pro Defense knocked them out without a problem! Great communication and awesome customer service. I will use them anytime I need the services of a pest control company. Thanks!!"

"Colt Pest control reached out right away after my inquiry and an appt was made to discuss my problem and options. Chance came and walked around my property then offered a variety of options that I could chose from. He was realistic and financially conscious with his recommendations. I had a rodent problem , Chance made multiple trips the first week and his service has been very effective. I would ( and will) recommend Colt Pest control for any rodent control issues. This is a reliable and professional service at a $$ that won't break the bank. Bonnied"

"Adrien was so helpful! We definitely plan on going with Critter Pro if we ever have a pest problem. Especially if your technicisions are all as knowledgeable, professional and kind as Adrien was with us. Y’all are basically on speed dial after that phone call I just had with Adrien."

"I had an emergency with raccoons having invaded my attic causing failure of air conditioning and damage to ductwork. The next day the company was out to evaluate and schedule a sealing of the house with one way trap installed to prevent reentry. Bait canisters were placed for any possible rodent activity. Weekly checks of bait canisters to see if active and thankfully all raccoons had exited the attic rapidly so ductwork could be repaired/replaced. The workmanship was very professional and appointment times were met. The company allowed the sealing of house to force raccoons out of attic ahead of their normal routine of rodent removal first to accommodate my need to get an HVAC company rapidly to be able to cool the house during hottest summer of many years. I was initially attracted to the companyâ s webpage because of being family owned and veterans which I soon learned were all former Navy Seals. This afternoon the final seal of the house was performed and Iâ m hopeful that all is well in the attic again. If there are any signs of a problem the work is guaranteed for a year and that brings peace of mind as although the cost is fair it is still expensive for a retired senior. I would recommend this company highly to anyone having similar serious problems. The local San Antonio branch of Guaranteed Rodent removal and pest control personnel are comfortable to have in your home and that was a big plus for me."
