They took their time with sanding the deck, hand rolling paint on the deck boards, washing the fence, etc. I felt like a lot of TLC went into the project which may have been rushed by others; it was as though they were working on their own property. He built the hot tub pad, and after the tub was delivered, he built a deck around it with some nice benches and a spot for my cold soak.
