Our main issue was lack of proper construction/paint dust mitigation and covering floors/walls/ceiling/furniture with the right materials. He caused damage to the flooring (carpets and wood), baseboards, and one of the sprinkler heads. The latter being at least $1200 to repair. He tried to clean, but it was too much. So he wrote off the unpaid balance to help reimburse us. "
