It seemed the company began to fall apart 3 to 4 weeks into the project. Debbie Pendly (part owner) was nice and responsive in the beginning, but I guess it all went down hill when things weren't going so great for them. In the end, the pool was completed by my husband and we did loose a couple of grand. We got all the way up to plaster and had to contract with the plaster company ourselves. We had to buy our own pool equipment and my husband had to troubleshoot the start up on his own. Sadly we missed the summer swimming season so we haven't enjoyed it yet. If River Oaks ever ends up going back into business again DO NOT buy a pool from them (Stay clear from Dan and Debbie Pendly). Thank goodness my husband is very handy and capable of finishing projects! He gets the 5 stars. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to having some fun this summer!
