"They';re customer service, repair service, and follow-up were AMAZING! They definitely excel in their treatment of customers. The downside was they were expensive for such small repairs and doing the minimum, but excellent, work. I had one small patch of sheet rock (about the size of a piece of paper), and two slightly larger patches (one twice that size and one 3 times in size). It was about $400 without paint or tile installation. It did include texturing for the smaller of the 2 patches (side by side). They reduced the price to $350 when I realized I had made the mistake of assuming it was with partial tile install. The tile was needed on the larger patch; about 10 pieces of 6"x6" square tile. The work took about an hour and a half but was seamless! The work was amazing and, for larger projects, I would definitely rehire. The worker who came to my home was very understanding in my concerns! Although I felt the price was expensive, the great customer service was the main reason I agreed to continue the project."

The statement of work should specify how the area should be prepped for construction/painting, what constitutes a finished project (e.g., baseboards included or not, what will be painted), and how the area will be restored. Our main issue was lack of proper construction/paint dust mitigation and covering floors/walls/ceiling/furniture with the right materials. He caused damage to the flooring (carpets and wood), baseboards, and one of the sprinkler heads. The latter being at least $1200 to repair. He tried to clean, but it was too much. So he wrote off the unpaid balance to help reimburse us."
