 We called Hubbard and explained the
situation and described the scope of the job. They quoted us over the phone.
They also said it would be a day and a half. They arrived on time and finished
the entire job in 6 hours. Excellent work! 
We couldn't be more pleased.  We
have another job for them that we will have them do in a couple of months. You
can't go wrong with these guys."

"Zane and assistant arrived early which was perfect. Walked through to show extremely dirty living area and all other rooms. We had picked up all items that would have been in way so nothing needed to be moved except living room furniture. Because of previous review on Yelp asked for bid. Bid was over half as high as orginal 99.00 charge. I had been told on phone no extra charge for spotting treatment. Told vendor we could not afford the additional charge for spot cleaning and just wanted living room cleaned and spot cleaned. Prices was adjusted down to price orginally quoted over phone. For one room. Because there was very little spotting on other rooms and everything out of way vendor went ahead and clean at no extra charge. Appreciated for the service addition at no extra charge. But very disappointed that if I had not asked for bid it would have been more expensive cleaning than other nationally carpet cleaners I have used over the years. Zane told me because of better newer machine rug should be dried in hours instead of days. Zane did an excellent job cleaning rug. Black marks are gone, appreciate work. They cleaned up afterwards and dried transition areas to eliminate slipping accident. I did not like the charges being inflated on bid, Understand we had a very dirty area that would require extra attention. Would have appreciated being notified on phone that extra charges would be applied if rug was extremely dirty. Company does have a warranty follow up of trip charge and charge per room

"We recently bought our first home and were looking to redo all of the floors before we moved in. Flooring Direct sent Steve out to meet us in our home with samples. He was very professional and easily likeable. He not only showed us samples, but gently guided us to making decisions that worked best with both of our tastes. Steve was punctual and an absolute delight to interact with. We also got to speak quite a bit with Karen after our install--which involved removing and replacing a toilet--needed some touching up due to a slow water leak! Flooring Direct sent out their team two more times following our initial install to correct the grout and caulk damage resulting from the leak (which turns out to have been a result of a very worn valve on the back of the toilet and not at all an issue with the team's re-installation of our toilet). Robert and Omar were the two gentlemen sent out and they were kind and helpful. Overall, we love the look of the floors. Our ceramic tile is beautiful and the carpet is luxurious and not something I thought we would have been able to afford. In the end, we had about 2200 sqft of flooring replaced (give or take) and are very happy with the results. I would absolutely hire Flooring Direct again in the future."

Additionally, he taught me how to maintain the new finish and left the necessary product with me. As many of you know, slate maintenance can be quite tricky. Do not attempt to do this type of job yourself! Call Ken and have the job done right the first time. You will save time and money. He uses superior products unavailable at home centers or even tile distributors and gets superior results. This man has done his homework. "It went okay. I don't think I'd use the same again. I'm going to ask someone else to do my tub and shower. He just wasn't very professional and the work itself, I had them do two countertops and not all of it is covered and he just made a big mess in the bathroom so I had to repaint the wall and scrub out the tile. It was just a whole mess. The whole thing was not a good experience. The price was pretty average for the standard because I've called a couple of other companies but based on how he worked, I would say it was very expensive. I would have expected a better quality."
