"I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and the price charged.  I live in a highrise condo and there are procedures to be followed - everything went as planned and on schedule and budget.  Jerry Hubbard (owner) remained at the worksite both days, as both worker and supervisor.  His entire crew of 5 was professional and took great care to not make a mess (they put up plastic to limit the spread of dust, etc.).  They ground down the high spots in the floor so that they would not need as many bags of leveler and thereby saved me money.  Their price was more than competitive and I would not hesitate to use them in the future at all.  The quality was great and they took extra time to advise us on floor care and nuances they had experienced previously with this type of flooring (floating engineered bamboo hardwood).  I got quotes from several companies and talked to several about the technical details, pros/cons of nailing, gluing, floating, etc, and found none more helpful than Hubbard Flooring.

They started when they said they would and stayed a bit longer than planned to make sure they had thoroughly cleaned up around the work area. Prior to starting the process, they placed protective covers and tarps over the adjacent floor areas. They were careful to contain the grinding slurry using a wet vac to remove excess material. It took repeated passes with the finer and finer grit pads to achieve the final results, but my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. "Allen Floors' service was top rate all the way.  This was a perfect example of under promise and over deliver--just the way it should be!  Johnny and David were extremely helpful in giving me guidance when choosing the ceramic tiles and wood flooring.  
Their pricing was considerably less than one of the big chain retailers.
I was given a project start date of 2 weeks out and a 6-day window completion time.  The crew began work on the promised start date (a rare thing with contractors) and finished ahead of schedule (an even rarer thing with contractors).  Ramos and his crew were fantastic.  Their service and workmanship were A+ quality.  They were extremely careful when moving our furniture and putting it back where it belonged.
I was most impressed with Allen Floors's follow up and follow through.  After the project was completed, Johnny called me to make sure I was pleased with the work.  I told him how happy I was with everything, but requested a minor touch up be made.  Ramos came back out a few days later as Johnny promised and fixed it.
I am looking forward to hiring Allen Floors again when I am ready to remodel my kitchen.  I highly recommend Allen Floors to anyone that is looking to install new flooring.

When I selected a tile for my kitchen the salesperson, whose name I have sadly forgotten, made it a point to show me a similar tile that they had in the clearance room for less. I ordered some lovely glass tile for the shower and the salesperson was incredibly patient helping find a coordinating ceramic tile for the floor and walls. I will definitely return to them."
