"Communication started back in November 2011. Actual work was started in July 2012.
  Partly due to some requirements analyzing was the reason why work did not started until July 2012. Work was deemed completed per contract on my delivery of the last check on October 23 2013.
  Since completion, the breezeway served as a transversing room with storage on the sides. The main room it leads to is serving in capacity as a small workshop, mainly dealing with wood. The brightness of the lights was very adequate and so is the power delivery from the existing breaker.
  About a year has passed and I can feel confident I can continue to have the workshop still in service and use. Pictures that are attached showed accumulated additional work of my own accord - window treatments, painting, floor sealing, roof replacement due to hail, but the structure is most definitely sound so far. Jess knows who to deal with and provide a solution to my overall requirement: A insulated (and for the most part, climate controlled) room that gives expanded dedicated proper space to work in and a new home for all tools that once reside in a not so ideal two car garage.
