Pedro was very patient and offered a lot of advice on my project. He was on time and the price was very affordable.

Pedro was very helpful. I plan on remodeling my house and adding an addition. I called several other structural engineers and none of them really could help me or guide me in the right direction of how to move forward in the process. This is is my first time taking on a project like this so Iâ m a little lost on the steps to move forward. Pedro walked me through the process and told me what I need to do get started and advised me on what walls were load bearing and provided solutions to walls that were load bearing that I potentially want to remove. Iâ m just waiting on an Architect and I look forward to working with the architect and PJM to make the home of my dreams.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was in a jamb and unable to get my final due to a minor change on-site requiring a structural engineer. I reached out to several companies and only Pedro called me back (and almost immediately). I explained the situation and he not only dropped what he was doing to take care.of it BUT DELIVERED A DAY EARLY!!!!! I can't thank PJM Engineering for their professional and expedient work.

Excellent on time services

Pedro was great to work with. He didn't charge a $500 site visit fee that many engineers wanted just to give an estimate. I thought the $500 site fee that many engineers wanted to charge just to give a bid for plans was a bit of a rip off... as they could easily just tell you a terrible bid and you are now out $500 just to get a bid. Pedro was able to start quicker than many other engineers that I talked to at the time. He was great to work with and easy to communicate with and explain things to. I was able to get my plans done and now I am submitting to the city for approval. If I need more engineering in future I def won't hesitate to call Pedro again. Highly recommended.
