Quickly responded and came out to fix my subfloor problem. Did very good job. Only complaint is I can not get them to respond now and provide receipt for work paid for. Did good job though.

Juan with PROMASTER Floors and his crew did a Outstanding job at my home they were on time and worked late. They cleaned whatever trash or debris that had accumulated through out the job. I had water damage to my subfloor in the kitchen. Juan and Julio his project manager on-site replaced my entire subfloor in the kitchen and added ceramic tile. The finished kitchen looks GREAT. I also had the wood floors in my living areas rescinded and refinished. The wood floors look AMAZING like night day. I highly recommend Juan with PROMASTER FLOORS.

Small repair to repair a missing section of hardwood floor. Quick and easy estimate as they were able to bid based on pictures. They showed up on time and completed work on time. Did a good job matching our existing floor, and even fixed some nearby floor trim. No issues, satisfied with the work. Bid was a little bit higher than competitiors but they were able to come out the next day.

If I could give Juan and his team 6 stars I would. His team installed wood on my stairs and hallway in less than a day. Beautiful work, my stairs look flawless. The team was on time and knew exactly what they were doing and explained to me that my stairs were not currently up to code and fixed it. You will not be disappointed if you hire Juan and his team. I will definitely be hiring him in the future. Also. Juan gave a great and fair price for the project.

After having a leak in my dishwasher, my floors were warped. Floormasters replaced the flooring and My floors now look like they have never been redone. It blends well, plus they repaired some wear and tear from some barstools. Highly recommend!
