Unlike the others asked to bid these gentlemen did not quote materials, only labor/contracting. It was on me to find and purchase all of the fixtures and finishes. They did set me up with a location that had many of the materials I needed and even visited the tile store with me. Unfortunately, the tub I selected on my own had to be returned as did the shower fixture."

Any services that we do not provide directly or that you could save money by using another provider will be recommended. We don't believe in charging you a fee to make a phone call therefore we don't use subcontractors. For example if you have a new construction project needing & entire AC system, we will call our preferred AC company & introduce you & you will pay them directly. We take no referral fees or mark up prices. This guarantees you that you are getting the company we think will do the best job. We charge a day rate for larger project that consists of a fee covering our equipment, a supervisor and a craftsman, as needed you will pay a fee for each additional labourer covering their cost for the day. This keeps cost down regardless of the size of your job. I am amazed at how well he built a wall on an existing wall of a loft and closed it in to make another bedroom.
