Granite Zone

Crew showed up right on time, actually ten minutes early both times. Installation went very smoothly, they draw templates in advance so the work at the house goes fast, just minor shaping and cutting. They set up in my driveway to finish the slabs and did not make a mess. They require you to have a Plumber re-install fixtures which I understand, and all of this is explained to you in advance. I also liked being able to roam around their yard and look at all of the Granite, Marble, and Quartz slabs available. Very helpful and accommodating staff.

At first Jose was difficult to get a hold of cause he's so busy, but once I was able to speak to him he got me on his schedule immediately. Originally I thought of his crew enlarging the size of the hole for all my bath counter top vessel sinks, but opted not to at the last minute. He didn't have a problem with that because he knew that if I didn't like it, the cut would be permanent. I opted instead for his crew to cut the holes in the kitchen for the disposal button and RO faucet. It turned out great! Jose knew his granite, was great about informing me the mess it would make to cut into already installed granite and educated me on my counter tops since this was an install done by the previous owners. I will hire Granite Zone again. Thank you Jose!

Perfect! Jose intalled quartz counters in three bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms had some quirks that other contractors would not work with, but which Jose easily dealt with. He even had to remove and reinstall a glass shower! When there was a small oops, Jose never hesitated to make it right, even though it required him to purchase another slab of quartz. You can't ask for anything more than that. Work looks fantastic, price was right, and Jose was a pleasure to work with. We hope to use him again next year to replace kitchen counters.

Asked for quote on Thursday, was visited for measurements on Friday, slab was picked on Monday and countertops were installed on Wednesday. Very professional, clean work. All details were explained, so I was able to make educated decisions. Highly recommended!

Granite Zone (out of Lewisville) did a great job. I took care of the kitchen sink plumbing and the oventop gas. They don't do that type of work due to liability, which I understand. Their full price in this review included tax. We were actually looking at quartz as our first priority over granite, and their quartz install cost was in line with three other fabricators. However their cost for this granite install was much lower than anyone else. I would do them again in a heartbeat!

Jose and his crew did a fabulous job. They were knowledgeable, professional and wonderful to work with. I clearly recommend them to those needing their services.

I called Granite Zone and they were very responsive. I had small bath vanity and we were very picky on the color. They did they're best to find a color my wife would like. Ultimately they referred me to floor and decor to look at prefab counters. We found a color we were happy with. They picked up the slab and finished the fabrication and installed. I was very happy with their work and will use them again in the future.

isearched and called and could not find a fabricator to reinstall our kitchen sink that had suddenly broken loose from our granite.  Most informed me they either did not perform that service or it would be a week before they could come to reinstall.  I finally called Granite Zone and spoke with Jose.  He said that they not only could reinstall but would be able to come out the next day.  He said he would call,back once he called his,office and checked the calendar.  Within 10 minutes I had a return call and he quoted a price half of all other quotes.  I thought he had misunderstood my request but he assured me that would be the cost.  The next day his team showed up on time, went right to work, reinstalled the sink, cleaned up and the area and left...all within 30 minutes.  And the price?  Exactly as quoted!  I would highly recommend Jose and the team at Granite Zone.

I used Granite Zone for an investment property that needed all new granite counter tops (kitchen and bathrooms).  I obtained several estimates and have used other fabricators in the past, but was impressed with Jose's knowledge and willingness to work with us on a quick time frame and his ability to use some of our existing granite pieces from another project. 

Jose was very responsive to our needs and was more than helpful - coming to the job site several times to help us figure out the granite needs and measurements.  This project involved a VERY unusual kitchen layout with lots of weird angles, etc.  Jose is very knowledgeable about cabinetry and granite installation. 

The finished countertops look amazing and the kitchen angles are perfect.

I used a granite installer.  They were here in October of 2015.  It cost fifteen hundred about.  They came when they said they would be here and done when they said they would be.  The bad is the request of the slab a certain way but they were just minor things.  There were two technicians. 

The team of two guys were right on time, very professional. Looked everything over and said they could fix it, no problem. It took about 20-30 mins. They removed my sink, cleaned off all the old glue. Put on new glue and installed braces under the sink. It came out amazing - looks like new. They cleaned up after themselves, and it was all done. Great job, I would use this service again.

Jose and his team of 2 installers were very professional and courteous.  We had contacted a couple big box stores and were told that our job was too small to meet their minimum.  So we contacted Jose and a couple other providers to get estimates.  Of the 3 that we contacted, Jose was the only one to come out in person and do the measuring and explain the process.  He emailed us a written estimate within 1/2 day (which incidentally was a little lower than the ballpark estimate he gave my wife verbally during his initial visit) - and it was competitive with our other 2 estimates (beat one handily and was on par with the other).  He also had an opening in the schedule 2 days later, which we accepted.
The installer team was efficient and competent, and was finished in less than 2 hours.  One thing that we liked (and that set their proposal apart) was that they braced the undermount sink with wooden supports - we had a family member whose sink that was mounted with epoxy only collapsed after a few years.  The countertop looks great and the whole process was quick and painless.  We would definitely use them again.

Jose Villegas lived up to his other great reviews. He was on time, informative and made sure the job was done right! We have had several compliments on the workmanship from other people doing work in our home. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.

I am quite happy with Granite Zone.  I picked them because of the Angie's list reviews I saw, and the fact that ( as per the reviews ) they are willing to do smaller jobs.   I did not shop around for price too much, but did make a few comparisons and Granite Zone was more than competitive on price.
Jose Villegas handled the entire thing very well from start to finish.   He dropped in during installation to make sure everything was on track.  The installation was completed on schedule.  They are willing to do a little extra in order to make the job a success. For example they cut two window sills from granite waste ( no extra charge ) when we realized that we needed these. 
Another example, after the job was done, Jose offered to have someone come over and caulk the sink for m me ( I plumbed the sink myself ).  Although I declined his offer and did it myself, I appreciate that they willing  help out in this small way.
I would definitely do business with  Granite Zone again.

We worked with Jose Villegas from beginning until the end, and he was excellent!  Very professional.  The granite I found was not from Granite Zone, and it had some imperfections.  Jose fixed everything!  It's beautiful and I love it.  Granite Zone employees we met in their office, and at our installation, we're all friendly and easy to work with.  I would definitely work with them again, and recommend them to friends!
