It went fine. They were nice and easy to work with. Their prices were a little high.

They came in and did all of the work in one day. We 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with several counters so it was a lot of work. They took care of the old counter tops as well.

Bruno was very patient with me while I took a long time to decide what I wanted. He answered fully any questions I had. I bought the granite slab from him and his team installed it. They removed all the old stuff and installed it all. They were prompt, careful, professional, easy to work with, and as clean as possible. At a later date, one of the installers came over to drill a hole for me in marble in my bathroom for some plumbing work I had done. They did it free of charge but I tipped the installer for making the trip. Nice people, honest, and quality work!

Bruno came out once to give me an estimate and discuss all my options with regard to the new granite countertops. We spoke and emailed back and forth many, many times as I am slow to make large purchases such as granite countertops. He was very patient with me and helped me decide what would work best in my kitchen. I visited his office showroom several times to look at granite which he had plus looked at other showrooms and ultimately chose a granite which he had. On the day of installation his men arrived on time, they worked as cleanly as they possibly could given that countertop installation isn't a completely no-mess task. That is, they limited the mess as much as possible.They hooked up my new cooktop at no additional charge since it was simple to install, they put in the sink and one of the guys plumbed the sink and the new faucet. I purchased the faucet and cooktop separately myself but the sink I bought through Bruno/the company. They also hauled off my old countertops and all trash. They were very professional, very nice and I'm very, very satisfied with the work they did. My countertops look great. I couldn't be happier.
