"Tony did an excellent job. His response was quick and he showed up at the time he stated. He inspected the roof and attic areas and quickly found out where the squirrel entered. The procedure was to install a one-way door at the entry point to allow the critter to exit (I imagine for food and water). He finished up in less than 2 hours. Next step is to wait a few days, listening for the noise to cease. He then will come back and seal up the entry point. The charge was very reasonable, totaling $487"

I closed my account they then charged me for the next month service, then when I told them what was discussed - they lied in the notes and refused to just cancel the $50 and said they would send to collections. When they came out to inspect, I showed them the problem and they agreed, it was a real problem. Later, they send a report back that completely ignores the very real problem I have. Instead, telling me to fix the back of the house that is no problem at all. Trying to ask for further assistance, they said they did what I paid them for."
