Two thumbs up!! Bug State has been servicing my house for over a year now. They are very prompt and courteous with any service requests. They are dependable and should you ever need a rework, which is rare. I highly recommend them and will continue to work with them.

Again with the issue of no contact from the vendor in regards to the package bought through Angie's list even though I provided them with available dates. I had to contact them by email (couldn't get an answer on the phone) however they were quick in responding and we arranged some alternate dates. The service person was actually an hour early (in the neighborhood) which worked out. He was friendly and quick. Several days later and I'm seeing evidence that the pesticide is already working.

Paz arrived promptly, took care of business, and friendly overall. 

Service was provided by Paz who did a GREAT JOB!.  He arrived on time was very friendly and professional.

It was good. They provided good service. Very professional. The only thing that I complained was about their electronic communication. They always send an email reminder every other month, telling me about the date and times available in my neighborhood. I responded, stating my time block that I would be available for the appointment. Then I waited several days and no response. I sent a second email and still no response. So I assumed that the time block for the my appointment was no longer available. Several days latter they showed up by surprise at the door. It just happened that I was at home when they showed up, but I was not expecting them. Then I realized that that's the day and time I asked for the appointment. But they never responded to my email.

Ken and his staf are very professional and caring.  They will go above and beyond the service they promise if necessary.

Fantastic! Very polite and did the job quickly.  Ken, the owner, came to our house, inspected the property, and gave us a fair bid.  Within a week our house was treated.  The whole experience was very straightforward and smooth.

The bid was was acceptable and within range of the competition.  The installation was done in a timely and efficient manner.  I have absolutely no complaints about the company or its workmanship.  That said, I am pretty sure I've wasted my money.  
The mosquito misting system is installed around 3/4 of my patio and pool deck.  The misting system works as programmed, but I am still dealing with mosquitoes in the seating area closest to my house which also happens to be directly below the misting nozzles.  The system comes on, sprays mist for 30 seconds and within 10-15 minutes I am swatting at mosquitoes.
To be fair, we have not treated the yard for mosquitoes and plan to do that this coming summer.  If between yard treatments and the misting system I am still bothered by mosquitoes then I will consider the whole misting system product a failure. 
If you are thinking about getting one, see if you can talk to people who have them.  Maybe they have had better luck than me.

They always do a great job. Last year we had ant problems and he gave me the bate and traps with no extra charge. We have had really good experiences with them.

I have been using them for the last 15 years. They are very thorough and always on the top.  If I had a problem they would come right out. I don’t have bugs but if I did they would come right out and take a look at it. They have been watching my property for the past 15 years. I am very pleased with their service and they are great people. 

I have been using them for pest control for two years now.  I like the owner of the company.  He is straightforward, no nonsense, honest, private, does what you need, and doesn't try to sell extra stuffs.  I was highly recommended about them by my friend.  They do a good work.  They install mosquito systems as well as traditional pest control.  Their mosquito system works really well because I do not have mosquitoes and that is worth everything you spend on it.  They are reasonably priced, but it's not a bargain.  You get what you pay for.  They were very responsive.
