My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job.
