We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

"Received quote and paid $2429.90 deposit. 1 week before scheduled pickup, they called and re-assessed the number of items in the house and bumped up the estimate by $4149. I cancelled the service because I had donated 25% of my house to charity and there were less items to move. However, they did not return my deposit of $2429.90 because they said that I did not cancel in time. They have pulled the bait and switch routine on others (B&B complaints). I would not advise anyone to use them for your moving services !!"

They do not load the truck properly.(single boxes all the way across) Then tell you you need to purchase another truck from them.( at this point only one of your rooms have been loaded) Even loading the truck so light they still break stuff. When confronted they get very stand offish, make up excuses and proceed to mess your stuff up reguardless. Say stuff like we can't load up more stuff because of the tv's. Then break your tv anyway because they do not listen when you tell them it is heavy and needs 2 people. Or we have to get on the road because of the 14 hour rule.(Even though there are two drivers present) They also charge both ways even though you are only moving one. There are constant excuses of why they can not do the job they gave you a quote on. Then you end up having to move 3/4 of your stuff anyway because of their incompetence. Then to fix it they offer to have their guys help you pack and load your remaining stuff into a uhaul you rented.( as if I want more of my stuff broke and want to make 15 trips when the idiots don't load the uhaul worth a crap) This place is horrible. Stay away at all cost. These other reviews are definitely family and friends."
