They have always been on time, efficient and professional. Michael G. and Andrew A. were not only great movers during my most recent move, but their pleasant and personable demeanor made what could have been a high stress situation into an easy going and smooth experience. I highly recommend this company for moving long or short distances.

They did a great job. Very prompt and courteous. They communicated well throughout the whole process. There were no surprises at the end as far as cost which was great! The guys all worked VERY hard. I didn't once feel like anyone was slacking on the job. We had one minor issue with damage on a leather couch but they are working through getting that resolved now. Would definitely hire them again.

Little Guys Movers were wonderful! I received an accurate quote and two confirmation calls prior to service. The two employees who helped me were courteous and quick - in fact, they finished in half the time quoted initially! I had such a good experience and would definitely use them again for my next move.

The movers arrived slightly early, were extremely careful with the furniture they were moving and with our home.  They covered stair railings with quilts  and shrink-wrapped over quilts on a large desk for protection before carrying it upstairs. The bill was exactly as quoted.  Very polite young men.  Will definitely use them again.  This was the third time we have used them over the last three years.

Scheduling was easy and they called twice to verify the appointment. Both times, the crews they sent were wonderful. The guys arrived early, carefully moved our belongings, and were friendly and polite. They remained aware of the time and asked us what else they could do to maximize our use of their one-hour stay. When the furniture was coming back into the house, the team helped me clean under and behind the heaviest pieces, knowing that once in place this would be far more difficult. Unfortunately, I do not recall the names of the gentlemen on the first crew who moved the furniture out, but the second crew was Dustin, Alex, and Luke. We should be moving within a year and will definitely contact Little Guys again for their help.

We worked with Ben G., David L. and Dakota. They were wonderful. They were hardworking, wasted no time, were curteous and respectful, and handled everything with care. The three employees went above and beyond the expected service and deserve kudos I would not hesitate to use them again. We will recommend them to our clients

Little Guys Movers was absolutely fantastic!  Six guys in two trucks showed up right on time (8am) and immediately got to work moving our house.  They were extremely professional, and they moved our entire home from one location to another in about six hours.    The movers were very nice and efficient, and they made our move as painless as possible.  They deconstructed all the furniture and reassembled it at the new house.  When they were almost finished they checked with us to make sure there was nothing that needed to be moved or rearranged before they left.  They hauled a ton of stuff upstairs and remained pleasant and nice the entire time.  They didn't scratch or dent the walls at either house, and were very careful with our belongings.  In the end a single pain of glass was broken (the shelf of a display case) and they brought it to our attention and compensated us for the damage.  They're not the cheapest company out there, but they were DEFINITELY worth the money, and I would use them again anytime I needed a mover.

We dropped by and spoke with Manny about the move.  From our memory of what we had they were able to come up with a close estimate.  We added and dropped some stuff from what we originally estimated and it came out very close to the price.  I like that their pricing is transparent.  They charge by the hour for packing, by the piece for loading and unloading, and by the mile for the move.  It was all laid out in the estimate so you could influence the cost by what you chose to do your self.   All my communications with Manny prior to the move went well.

David, the lead for our move, and the packer showed up on Tuesday afternoon. In two hours they finished the remaining packing.  Nothing they or we packed was damaged in the move.

On Wednesday, promptly at 8, David returned with 3 guys to load. They had a guy that did the wrapping of furniture.  He did a particularly wrapping some old family furniture built by my wife's grandfather. Between bubble wrap and blankets they did a good job with the furniture and the large breakables - TV's. pictures, mirrors, etc.   Again, nothing was damaged.

In a little over two hours they had everything loaded and took off for College Station.

We met at our townhouse at 3.  In a little over two hours the three guys that made the trip had unloaded everything destined for the townhouse including setting up a bed, placing furniture and getting all the boxes in the correct rooms.  We wanted to do our own unpacking so they did not unpack anything.   We were particularly impressed with their ability to negotiate the stairs without damaging walls or furniture.

We then moved on to the storage unit.  In retrospect I wish we had taken a little more time there in figuring out how to stack things to make it easier to access things going forward but we did get it all in successfully and undamaged.   We were all tired by that point, myself included, so it was understandable.

David and his crew were great to work with.  They were fast, efficient and careful.  They were fun and upbeat making what is a stressful event much less so.  Since we had less than three weeks between putting our house on the market and move day, the upbeat, happy, professional, no worries approach was great for us.

David and Manny were great at explaining things so we knew what was happening and what we needed to do both before and during the move.

Although I did not shop price, I found the price very reasonable.  We went with Little Guys because of their excellent reputation and we like to support local businesses.  It was a great experience and we would use them again.

These guys really knew how to accomplish their work. Neither house had a scratch on it. A couple of items were  damaged in transit, but Little Guys picked up these items, took them to their shop, repaired, and returned the items promptly. I have since recommended them to others, including  family members. We had a lot of furniture (two trucks), and these guys worked very hard to pack, load, unpack, etc. They coordinated with us during load up, transit and delivery.
Based on our experience they are very price competitive with the larger companies and offer a very personalized service. Some items such as disconnecting and reconnecting appliances were free.

To set up the move I filled out an online form and the office was very responsive in providing an estimate and changing it when I continued to add items I kept forgetting. They followed up to confirm the move, schedule the date, and called the day before to confirm once again. The team showed up promptly, but with a rented truck which apparently is common practice if their regular Little Guys trucks are not available, overbooked, or out for service. I was concerned that this truck had an extremely long length behind the back wheel base which was different from trucks I have used with them previously. (More on this later.) The 3 man team was not anyone that that I've had before in 2 previous moves and unfortunately one reeked of cigarette smoke and one may not have applied deodorant that morning? I understand that it's hard work and sweat will be involved, but we hadn't experienced quite the odor with previous teams. All in all the move from one place to another seems to go smoothly in transit. Two of the three workers seemed more motivated than the third. Upon arrival, the long truck bed would not successfully back up the driveway due to a slope at the entrance so a long carry was in order. I was afraid there would be an extra charge for this, but thankfully there was not. A different truck with a taller tail-end would have come up just fine as demonstrated by a Best Buy truck earlier in the week. They dutifully carried or rolled boxes with dollies up the driveway with no complaints. Most boxes were placed downstairs in the empty living room even if a box was labeled "UPSTAIRS." I would suggest that you have a designated person guiding boxes as they enter the house so that you don't end up with heavy boxes left downstairs that have to be unloaded in multiple trips up the stairs. At some point there were so many boxes piled up that most didn't get to their intended areas. Several labeled "KITCHEN" ended up in an upstairs bedroom, boxes labeled "GARAGE" where in the kitchen, etc. Label your boxes on the side and the top as they usually come in stacked on a dolly and direct whomever is rolling them in or they just get deposited in one easy spot. The bed frame in the master bedroom was not put together correctly so I had to disassemble and put all screws that had not even been screwed into the frame back together. The fridge was hooked up correctly and they tried to help with the dryer vent, but it was missing a clamp. A coffee table was damaged in transit so they took it back with them to repair. Other new dings and dents were found on items throughout the week following the move, but nothing that was worth getting fixed, but it seemed like more items were dinged than in previous moves like wooden furniture, stainless fridge (which already had previous dings, but new ones were on the front panels). The coffee table was returned with the bottom shelf fixed, but they didn't do anything to touch up the scratches on the legs of the table. It was not an expensive table to begin with and I would have been happy if they had tried to touch up the paint on the legs, but it was returned in no effort made to cover the raw showing wood. They said because it was laminate that it might not have looked good to try and paint, but I would have been ok with an effort to just touch it up. They offered to take it back or send out a painter. Now I was annoyed... Jeff called and finally offered to just replace the table from IKEA... it's now listed at $39.99 which is less than our original purchase price, but it's been about 8 months since purchased. It pays to wait around until items are going off the floor at IKEA! We were sent a check for $70 to cover the cost of going to IKEA (60 mi round trip), getting a new table, putting it together... not sure $30 covers gas and time involved, but at this point after numerous phone calls, etc it seemed like the easiest option to be done with it. I guess the saying "the third time is a charm" isn't always the case when using a company after they have expanded their business and service areas. It didn't seem to be the quality we had come to expect from Little Guys.  I said that I would use them again, but probably not before giving another company a chance. I paid extra to use this company because of my past experiences, but in hind-site I should have gone with the company/estimate that was $300 less.  Latest update: my laundry room was quite steamy today... why?  The dryer vent wasn't hook up securely and came loose... how is that even possible?? Now I'm wasting my time in very tight quarters trying to get the darn thing back on...

They were good.  The loading cost was less expensive than the unloading cost and I am not sure why.  They were a little bit rough, they put dirty plants on our sectional and walked all over it and got it filthy so we had to have it cleaned.  I think they were in hurry, it was near the end so some of our items were roughed around a bit, this was on the loading side.  The unloading side was a little bit better.  We did have some things damaged and they took some things back with them to fix them.  The loading was in Fayetteville, Arkansas and the unloading was in Roanoke, Texas.
