TUCKER INSPECTIONS

He missed so many things. He just wanted to be paid and move on to the next job. Our septic system was NOT working properly at the time of the inspection. He said it was fine. "just add some tablets". The system does not take tablets, it is a liquid system.  Cost me 700.00 the day we moved in. Dryer vent, stove vent, bathroom vents not vented to the outside, just into the attic. Said A/C system was not a heat pump. Well it is a heat pump, you just have to read on it. I would never use him again or recommend him to anyone. What a waste of money.

horrible is all i can say we filed a claim against him with the TREC which went on for about 1 year then we are notified that we have no claim when all this time we were told we did with the agent we were talking with.

Septic Inspection was not worth the paper it was written on. We told Mr. Tucker in no un-certain terms that the septic system concerned us the most. He told us to go and buy some "bleach tablets" and the system would be great. He did suggest that we change the system from the tablet bleach system to the liquid bleach system. Two days and $650.00 later the system now works properly. The pump was not producing air, a valve was broken, and you could see that as soon as you opened the cap. Mr Tucker did not open any caps or look in the system in anyway. The system was a liquid system already.
