Just moved to area and selected Shenandoah Vet based on Angie reviews. Easy to make appointment. The staff was really helpful and pleasant. They took good care of my dog. There was an emergency while I was there and the doctor was pulled away to care for a dog in critical condition. So it took longer than expecged but the staff and the doctor herself kept me informed about the time and kept checking on me and my dog until they could continue his exam. I also liked the pricing options they had concerning levels of care throughout the year.

Shenandoah Veterinary Clinic seem to know what they are doing, they are very accommodating, and just good people. It's convenient that they are close to me.

They are very conscientious about how they deal with the animals. I like that when I call in they know who I am and they know what my issues and situation is. I never have problems getting through. He's getting busier and busier so it's getting harder to get an appointment with him on the same day. Under normal circumstances he would take me.

Our cat went astray after moving to the area. When we finally got her back, she had a severe gash under her front leg and was terribly undernourished. She received amazing care from Shenandoah Vet. services.

The staff at the clinic is very nice and helpful. I have received the best service early in the morning and later in the afternoon, as the lunchtime staff is not as experienced in running the front desk. They really seem to care for our dog, and know right away who we are when we call in. Dr. Bostick is extremely competent and nice but was in a bit of a hurry the day we saw him. Their prices are reasonable.
