When we received your feedback after the clean, we called and left a message for your family for 3 days and never heard back. Then on the 4th day when I received an email from you, my response was as follows: "I'm so sorry you were disappointed with our service and crew. We service over 300 clients every month and it's a rare occasion for us to get a poor feedback so we always want to know what we did wrong so we can improve. If you are able, I'd love to get some specifics of what you were not pleased with and what happened with our crew that was unprofessional. We will most definitely address the items with the staff that were there." We also have a 24 hour reclean guarantee that I personally explained to Madison the day before the clean and I gave her my personal cell phone # to call anytime. I truly feel we have made every attempt to contact you so that we can make things right and I'm sorry you have not contacted us back. We value every client and strive to do our best every clean, but we aren't perfect and are happy to come back if something is not right. Our reputation means a lot to us and I hope you will consider amending your post and deal with us directly to resolve the situation. "Thanks so much for letting us know. It appears that your Pro should have made use of the full time available to her and not rushed through things. I'm sorry that corners were cut as that is not the "maidpro way" and definitely not how we usually do things. I've also visited with my office staff about your review so that we are continually evaluating the proper way to speak with our clients and make sure a satisfactory resolution is met. It would have been much more appropriate for us to ask for a call back so we could discuss the situation. Since it had been 2 weeks since the cleaning, our 24 hour satisfaction policy no longer applied but we should have talked with you about it instead of leaving a message. I thank you again for your feedback and review so we may use it to better our business and we look forward to caring for your home again."
When I moved to B/CS the last of July, I contacted several places and they all wanted over $100.00 to clean. My apartment is about 1150 sq. ft. My permanent home, in Waco, has over 2700 sq. ft. and we don't pay over $75.00 for the same services. I've had help for over 30 years and larger homes and I only thought $75.00 was high. They rip you off in B/CS but MaidPro is very reasonable considering the prices of the others.
I definitely would recommend MaidPro....at least at this time. I'll post again if things change.
I intentionally let the dust build up on the piano (with a finger swipe in a remote section) to see if they attempted to clean it. After three of their visits it was still not touched and my finger swipe was by then barely apparent).
The other concern I had was the personnel they used changed every time so when I would leave a personal note of thanks or directions regarding their last visit - they weren't getting my message...
Switched to a new cleaning lady before the holidays!
