He is in the middle of it, has some help, but largely doing it all and will explain as much to you as you want to hear or ask about. Looks to do things the right way, no shortcuts, but keeps very competitive bids with the small operation. Repainted the exterior of our two-story home, caulked all old siding joints and trim, replaced, or repaired some trim work throughout. Realistically timelines and schedule that he follows through on. Still looks great a few months later."
