"I hired them to replace my flooring, about 1500 sq ft, They worked hard, they finished in a day and a half. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. They also installed quarter round and painted it along with the baseboard, they were very precise. They cleaned the floor before they left, no paint drops anywhere on the floor. I definitely recommend this company. I love my floors."

"Sandoval Tile did an excellent job of replacing my shower floor. Joe and his team took on a job that was small but nonetheless important for me to have completed. They received five stars from me - and my personal recommendation to others - not because they did anything extraordinary but because they executed on the basics of professionalism. They knew their trade. Communicated well. Did what they said they were going to do. Work was terrific. And their original quote was the price. I am always amazed that in a service field like this (plumbing, tile, flooring, roofing etc) how many small companies fail at the basics. Water-based polyurethane sealants emit fewer odors and fumes but dry quickly, which can pose a challenge when trying to get a smooth coat. While not always required, experts recommend removing baseboards before removing old carpet and installing a new one. Removing the baseboards allows for a seamless carpet installation without the risk of damaging either the carpet or the trim. It also provides a good opportunity to repaint or stain the baseboards and inspect the underlying wall for any issues.
