"Thank you for the positive review. I do feel there needs to be some clarification of the review in order for everyone to understand what we accomplished for you and what were we were unable to complete due to the scope and nature of the work. We were asked to clean and stain a gazebo. Upon inspection it was determined that the floor of the gazebo needed to be replaced. That work was fully completed by us, accepted by the customer, paid for by the customer, and remains under warranty as specified on our contract. At the time payment was rendered for the gazebo work, the customer pointed our attention to an exterior door jamb on the side of the home that needed to be replaced due to dry rot and flooding due to poor drainage of the area. I initially thought I could have my carpenter do the work. My carpenter is a sub contractor. We do not do this type of work under normal circumstances unless we are painting the exterior of the home. I did provide an estimate, but never collected any monies towards this work. As I was unable to get my carpenter to perform the work due to his schedule and the small size of the project, I informed the customer of this and advised him that he must seek assistance from someone who does these types of home improvement projects. This conversation carried on for several weeks and each time I was contacted, I informed the customer we would not be able to help in this instance. The review reads as if we completed the project on the gazebo but failed to replace rotted wood on the gazebo. That is not the case at all. We completed our scope of work on the gazebo in full. Thank you"
"Thank you for your review. While we weren’t able to help out on this project... maybe we can connect on another."

"Thank you for your business! We do appreciate it and we are glad we could help you bring everything up to your standards!"
"This person fils to state the real reason why we were not able to do the work. After I told him that the weather had set us back and we couldn't get the work done until the week of the 21st of May, he was insistent that his wife wanted the work done this week.this was in a phone conversation. Interesting that he makes no mention of that. Unfortunately, when a potential customer begins to reprimand me for not being available to do work, even though we have no control over the weather that has caused the delays, we prefer, and reserve the right, to not do business with that client. At this time, we hadn't even arrived at the scheduled target date of the middle of May, and this person was wanting the work done now. What he refers to as unresponsiveness by me, was actually me, waiting to see exactly what was happening with the weather as I had stated to him in several phone calls intertwined within the mix of text messages that he has on display here. In reference to the call with the secretary, I was traveling on the road, and had my wife answer attempt to answer the call for me. I told the caller I would return the call when I stopped for gas. Apparently, he couldn't wait for that call and called back three times more within the next few minutes, so I took the call via handsfree while driving. I wish him well and hope the contractor he hires is able to repair the damage caused by the homeowner while attempting a do it yourself deck stripping and repair."
