Lawrence came and did an estimate even on a Sunday afternoon, and came to do the job the very next day. He was courteous of my schedule, and provided photos to show everything he performed and to show that the gutters were draining properly. He went above and beyond, cleaning a couple extra gutter areas as a bonus beyond what I contracted him for. He even took time to show me where he found roofing nails and collected them to avoid them falling onto the ground where the mower might accidentally throw them. It’s clear that he’s a guy who takes pride in his business to assure his customers are satisfied. Exactly what you can expect from the hard working people like him who grew up in the upper Midwest.

Please read the reviews on Yelp. The guy is a menace. I just cant see how anyone could give him more than one star. I'm not sure where to begin. The short version is that you probably shouldn't let this man in to your home. The work he did for me was poor quality, or not done at all. He is also completely irresponsible and will blame every problem on his people, or even me, the homeowner. When he came to do the estimate, I told him what I wanted done. I told him that there was a lot of drywall repairs in the master bath, and I wanted it all fixed. I assumed that since he was a "professional" that he would not need me to point out every little defect, but he did. He started taking notes as I pointed out defects. He seemed to write down about a quarter of the total but not even all the items I pointed out to him. I didn't realize this until later. When he showed up to start, he seemed to be in a panic. He insisted that all my living room furniture be moved onto the back porch because he had to get access to the ceiling. No, I didn't understand either, but I figured that he had his reasons. Not everything went out there, but a lot did. He never stopped complaining about the job, his people, the weather. It made for a really stressful morning. The next day he came to "finish" the job, but when I went to look, he had not addressed a lot of the items in the bathroom. He claimed that he didn't bill me for it anyway because he didn't write it down. I reminded him that I wanted it all fixed, not just what he happened to write down. To make a long story a little longer, he came back to finish the bathroom again, but still didn't finish it, and now I have to hire another person to do the job. He was paid, then I had to stop payment, then paid again but since he never finished, he got less. Counting the damage he did to my house, I would say I still overpaid him. Just a partial list. Texture material spilled on the carpet and only partially cleaned up. A small dent on my new speaker, more unknown white stuff spilled on my bedspread, without asking he used my kitchen sink to clean his equipment and left the mess for me, He also took an empty food storage container and used it to soak something which left white stuff all over it that wont come off, and he threw plastic parts of a spray texture can down the disposal and jammed it. He just left it. If you hire the guy, keep an eye on him. In addition to the damage, there were several items missing from my bedroom. Nothing of any real value,but that's really not the point. Who wants a person who claims to be a professional but doesn't take care of the customers home and property and besides, he still hasn't completed the job. Like I said at the beginning, don't let this man in your home. There are just too many other people to choose from. You've been warned. Again, look at Yelp.

It went great! Lawrence called me and left a message for me to call him. We spoke the next day and made arrangements to look at the yard and give me an estimate. For my needs his estimate was a fair one. He arrived 2 day later promptly at agreed time. He brought a helper. They were finished in an hour. Cleaned up after themselves very well.
