Rich and his team were professional and timely. They worked through rough weather conditions and didn't allow any adversities to create opportunities for making excuses. Their final product was excellent! Within 3 days, my entire fence was taken down, removed, and fully reconstructed. I will definitely recommend RC Construction for fence repairs/replacement.

Quality work and a quality gentleman. Clearly has an attention to detail and does most of the work himself; NOT a clean polo shirt guy coming to give you a bid, check-in on the work, and not be seen again until the end. He is in the middle of it, has some help, but largely doing it all and will explain as much to you as you want to hear or ask about. Looks to do things the right way, no shortcuts, but keeps very competitive bids with the small operation. Repainted the exterior of our two-story home, caulked all old siding joints and trim, replaced, or repaired some trim work throughout. Realistically timelines and schedule that he follows through on. Still looks great a few months later.

Did a terrific job and even added on staining deck and fence. I didn't buy the right stain to use, but they were able to use it anyway. One final piece of project was not complete (place in deck not cut out to accommodate gutter) so my deck gets dirty from the gutter run off, but other than that, the job was perfect.

Rich and his team did a very professional job to enclose our patio. The addition blends perfectly with the rest of the house. They spent all the necessary time to make every detail perfect. We are very pleased with the great final result.

Rich did a great repaint of the exterior. He power washed the house first, then caulked it and replaced garage weatherstrip and rotten 1 by 2s. He then built us a majestic stained free-standing pergola, working around a big oak tree, and engineered the best way to hang our new porch swing. He also built us a wrought iron garden fence. He also adjusted our exterior doors so they close easily and tightly. Very methodical and detail oriented.

If you want professional real time people, Rich Celey is your guy! Above and beyond. Detail work most people would shrug off as not important. He's socially adept, knows his stuff and is so easy to work with. I'm a grumpy old Marine who has dealt with slackers and charlatans for many years. Rich and his crew are considerate of your flower beds and belongings. You're missing out if you don't give Rich and crew a call. You won't be sorry!

After having a couple of bad experiences with contractors, I was naturally hesitant to try to find a contractor to do some outside painting. so for the first time I tried Home Advisor. They recommended RC Residential Remodeling Services. To my surprise Rich called and came out that same day to give me an estimate. I was very impressed with his professionalism, and he exceeded my expectations in everything he did. He explained everything that needed to be done, was always on time, and did an outstanding job. I'm already planning my next job for his company. It was a pleasure to work with someone with such integrity.
