The thing that I appreciated most about Paul, was that he showed up. Every single day he was the first one here and the last to leave, along with his son, Justin. Not many general contractors hold themselves to that caliber. If we had any questions, concerns, or changes, they were addressed immediately and efficiently. He helped us think outside the box and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He talked me off many a ledge and even helped me with paint colors. "Geraldo was a pleasure to work with. He installed a concrete pad to expand our driveway and a concrete pad for a storage shed. Both of these projects involved obtaining HOA approval as well as city permits. Geraldo managed the city permits for me in a very timely manner. The concrete work is over a year old now and is in perfect condition with no cracks or sinking. His communication style was very timely and professional. "I had a small job replace tile in my master bathroom. I had a few other people come out who wouldn't bid on the project. Empire did and set up install two days later. The installers were nice. They quoted me 4 hours however ended up taking much longer than they expected and I think they ended up rushing at the end which one tile seems a bit uneven and there is a lot of excess grout left on the edges. But was able to clean it up pretty easily. I may have them come fix the tile 2 year warranty on the labor which is pretty nice."

Within three full days, they had removed all the old tile, leveled out the floor and installed new luxury vinyl planks throughout my entire home.
