In addition he gave me an estimate for all other jobs I was already getting quotes for from other contractors like the hardwood floor, granite counter-top replacement and backsplash replacement. He was most competitive on all of them saving me thousands of dollars. The job took almost 3 weeks and was completed on time. Everything was done very well. Paul organized all the work and had no problem with me changing my mind in the middle of the project. Communication was excellent and there were no surprises. He even fixed our baseboards free of charge after the new carpet was put in resulting in small damage here and there. Overall I will use Alvarez painting for our future renovation projects and highly recommend everybody to give them a shot.

Both of these projects involved obtaining HOA approval as well as city permits. Geraldo managed the city permits for me in a very timely manner.
