"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

This is after I hired a company the first time 5 days earlier and they did a terrible job so I decided to try this company Mackins Janitorial Services I explained everything that happened and they were more than happy to come a few days later. They showed up on time Maria and her crew did a wonderful job me and my husband were very satisfied with the job that they did. I wish I would have gone with them first instead of having to pay double. We have decided that this is going to be our cleaning service for as long as we can and we will be seeing them every 2 weeks. "We have used the carpet cleaning service 3 times and tile cleaning service 1 time. All Star always does a great job, the carpets smell great after they clean and with our tile the tile and grout looked brand new, like the day we moved into the house. We tried another service last time we got our carpets cleaned because of a Groupon deal, a few hours after they cleaned and the carpets dried I noticed the problem areas still smelled like dog urine, we will never trust another service again. We will always go with All Star"

"For starters, I was somehow allowed to purchase a Big Deal through this company even though they didn't service my area. The person I spoke to (I assume it was the owner) was professional about it and said since I had already purchased it he would honor it even though they didn't normally service my area (Leander, bordering Cedar Park). 
My house was built in 2006 so it's not very old. I'm sure the grout has never been cleaned though. They came out and cleaned it and when I got home I literally didn't think they had cleaned anything (my wife was home and saw them clean it though). I called them back, told them I wasn't happy and they said they would come back out for no charge. Again, very professional and much appreciated.
They came back out and this time they used an additional brush to hand scrub the grout after the machine. My wife confirmed that they didn't do this the first time. I spoke to the second cleaner and we found a spot before he started that was tucked away in a corner and obviously clean due to it never really being walked on and he agreed that all of the grout should look like that spot when he was done. After the cleaning the grout is wet and therefore you can't really tell how clean it is. Unfortunately, after it dried it still was not as clean as the clean spot in the corner. However, there was a noticeable improvement between the first and second cleaning."

"John Creswell performed the cleaning and sealing of all my new tile floors and grout inside and outside of my home, as well as the cleaning of all the floors (carpet and tile) of my previous rental home.  The grout was painstakingly hand sealed with a substance that was similar to paint that matched the grout color perfectly and prevents dirt and oils from penetrating the porous surface of the grout.  Cleaning the tile floors and grout is very simple and easy now - no hard scrubbing on hands and knees to remove dirt from grout lines.  I am also using some of Mr. Creswell's cleaning agents and tools and am very happy with everything.
Mr. Creswell is a very professional and thorough stone and tile care specialist.  His work has made my home prettier and easier to clean.  I recommend him very highly.
