"We have used the carpet cleaning service 3 times and tile cleaning service 1 time. All Star always does a great job, the carpets smell great after they clean and with our tile the tile and grout looked brand new, like the day we moved into the house. We tried another service last time we got our carpets cleaned because of a Groupon deal, a few hours after they cleaned and the carpets dried I noticed the problem areas still smelled like dog urine, we will never trust another service again. "For starters, I was somehow allowed to purchase a Big Deal through this company even though they didn't service my area. The person I spoke to (I assume it was the owner) was professional about it and said since I had already purchased it he would honor it even though they didn't normally service my area (Leander, bordering Cedar Park). 
My house was built in 2006 so it's not very old. I'm sure the grout has never been cleaned though. They came out and cleaned it and when I got home I literally didn't think they had cleaned anything (my wife was home and saw them clean it though). I called them back, told them I wasn't happy and they said they would come back out for no charge. Again, very professional and much appreciated.
They came back out and this time they used an additional brush to hand scrub the grout after the machine. My wife confirmed that they didn't do this the first time. I spoke to the second cleaner and we found a spot before he started that was tucked away in a corner and obviously clean due to it never really being walked on and he agreed that all of the grout should look like that spot when he was done. After the cleaning the grout is wet and therefore you can't really tell how clean it is. Unfortunately, after it dried it still was not as clean as the clean spot in the corner. However, there was a noticeable improvement between the first and second cleaning."

"They were a very responsive, customer friendly company. They even acommodated my schedule, which I appreciated. They used a new process I hadn't seen before. Initially it looked really good. However, after a month the carpets looked about the same as they had, so I'm not sure of the longevity of the cleaning process. The company was very nice and responsive. "I've had some bad experiences in the past with carpet cleaning companies and been uncomfortable with who was in my home, so I got a recommendation from a friend who told me to call this company.  Wow! What a difference.  The technicians showed up on time, in uniform, clean cut and not smelling of smoke.  They were very respectful, not only of me, but also my furniture - in fact i saw them using white gloves to move things around.  They cleaned my entire home, carpeting and tile both turned out beautiful - they even took the time to tell me some ways to keep everything clean longer.  We will definitely be calling them again!"
