"Planet Green did an amazing job. This is the second time I have used them and both were great. I had a new shower built with white subway tile on the walls and porcelain tile on the floor with black grout. The contractor who did the grout did a terrible job. The grout was uneven, grout was all over the wall and floor tile, and it was an absolute mess. Planet Green cleaned it up and made it look great. They are easy to work with and show up on time. Would definitely recommend."

"I want to say that they did a awesome job. This is after I hired a company the first time 5 days earlier and they did a terrible job so I decided to try this company Mackins Janitorial Services I explained everything that happened and they were more than happy to come a few days later. They showed up on time Maria and her crew did a wonderful job me and my husband were very satisfied with the job that they did. I wish I would have gone with them first instead of having to pay double. We have decided that this is going to be our cleaning service for as long as we can and we will be seeing them every 2 weeks. If you are looking for a cleaning service that's going to do a thorough cleaning in your home and leave it smelling wonderful and looking great I would suggest this cleaning service. Thank you so much, Maria and your crew can't wait to see y'all in 2 weeks"

"I used All Star Steam Cleaning for the 1st time when we moved to Pflugerville as a family a couple years ago. At that time I believe they were new to the area as well. I was very pleased with the service then. With that being said fast forward a couple weeks ago, I called them up because I was ill and tired of seeing my carpet dirty. I figure that may be due to my illness. The gentlemen that serviced my carpet was super friendly and professional. The whole time I felt safe especially considering I was alone with my child with two strangers. My carpet was cleaned and my house smelled good. Super impressed with services excited to get my gout done soon."

Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You can use baking soda to start getting the urine odor out of your mattress. Baking soda is highly absorbent and soaks up odors, so it will not only draw the urine out of your mattress but it can also get to work fighting the lingering smell. You can also use an enzymatic cleaner to break down the urine to make it easier to clean. Just keep in mind that you need to remove enzymatic cleaners from the mattress after use, as leaving them on could be dangerous.

With a thorough cleaning, the smell of pet pee may dissipate within about 15 minutes, although in many cases, it may take several days to stop smelling after cleaning up the stain. If you leave a urine spot untreated, it may take up to five years to stop smelling on its own.

Costs depend on fabric type, drape size, cleaning method, and whether additional services like pressing or deodorizing are included.

Steam cleaning is generally considered better than shampooing for deep cleaning carpets. Also known as hot water extraction, steam cleaning uses heat to penetrate deep into the carpet fibers, effectively removing dirt, allergens, and bacteria without leaving behind a sticky residue. This method also tends to cause less wear on your carpet over time and leaves the fibers feeling softer. While a steamer can be more expensive, the cost is often justified by the longevity of your carpet. Shampooing may be a suitable option for quickly fixing odors or cleaning minor surface stains. However, it can leave behind a soapy film that attracts more dirt, defeating the purpose of the cleaning. The best choice depends on your needs; for a thorough, deep clean, steam is the superior option, while shampooing can handle light, surface-level dirt.

It is possible to get blood out of a carpet, but it is a difficult process in some cases, especially if the blood has dried. It’s best to address the blood stain as quickly as possible before the proteins in the blood bind to the carpet fibers. Start by blotting with just cold water, then with cold water and dish soap. From there, move on to more aggressive options as needed, such as enzymatic stain removers, hydrogen peroxide solutions, or ammonia solutions.
