"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Service is always great! Had both tile and carpet cleaned to perfection Thank you Dwight"

"Service was fast, clean and my furniture looks nice and clean."

"Laura did an amazing job, she was very thorough with her services, and was really professional! I would definitely hire her again!"

"I used All Star Steam Cleaning for the 1st time when we moved to Pflugerville as a family a couple years ago. At that time I believe they were new to the area as well. I was very pleased with the service then. With that being said fast forward a couple weeks ago, I called them up because I was ill and tired of seeing my carpet dirty. I figure that may be due to my illness. The gentlemen that serviced my carpet was super friendly and professional. The whole time I felt safe especially considering I was alone with my child with two strangers. My carpet was cleaned and my house smelled good. Super impressed with services excited to get my gout done soon."

"Fabulous job cleaning our couches. Very polite and professional I would definitely hire them again"

"James arrived promptly and got right to work scoping the job and putting together a quick estimate. After securing my approval for the cost, he went right to work on the couch and then the carpets. He explained how the equipment worked, worked efficiently, and did a great job. We'd hire him again in a heart beat."

"It was great. They were on time and professionally dressed. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy. I got what I paid for."

"Excellent. He moved the couch out and back so I didn't need to move it. He removed tough stains I didn't expect to come up. I will absolutely hire again."
