Was able to get s channels as promised. Installed antenna but used a makeshift fix for attaching to our existing bracket. He told us he would come back if we had a problem with it. I have no reason to think that he will not do as he said. I would give him 5 stars if he had come back and put the correct fitting on. His knowledge was appreciated bery much."

"Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."
