OK--but the technicians left boxes and used gloves all over my attic. I had to contact Research Pest Control to come back and clean up after themselves. When they returned, their clean-up work was inadequate-I had to clean up the attic myself which took a couple of hours.

The guy was courteous. He put the things on his shoe like my wife liked. He was in and out and he explained everything to my wife and he was gone. That was it. He was neat. He came at the time he was supposed to come.

They do a good job. I’m always happy with the scheduling. I don’t have to have a contract, so they call me about every six months to schedule again. Their price is fair.

Took care of the rat problem in a few weeks. Inspected, set traps, closed up access points. Returned several times until no rats found in traps. Were always on time - except last time they were late. i called the main office where they have staff answering phones all day long - no need to wait for someone call back - and the tech was there within 15 minutes. Great service - rats have not returned.
