"Last year Reliant performed a repair on our wastewater line which broke under our garage. It broke this year and they refused to cover their previous work trying to blame the city and our foundation. We have had recent foundation issues - because of the leak under our garage causing soil heaving! They ghosted us after it became clear that their previous work was the issue. Another plumber (Blue Ribbon, 5-stars!) did a much better repair but cannot fill the 5' deep hole under our garage because Reliant never closed the permit from last year. They also did not install all parts listed in the invoice we paid, yet still claim they are not at fault for the current issue. The timeline is now nearly 6 weeks since the current issue began with no issue in sight. I have repeatedly asked for updates and better communication, yet I am the one who always calls them. Regular people cannot be expected to be plumbing experts. We relied on this company to operate in good faith. They have not."

"PAID $14,000 for an Lennox system ONLY 2 YEARS AGO. Fox installed and serviced it. Recently, system stopped working and a Fox tech charged us $320 to fix. It stopped working 3 days later, so they came out again. Then, they wanted $3244 to replace the coil. NEVER buy Lennox (look up the class action lawsuit RE coils). NEVER use Fox (I've been pushed up to a "supervisor" 4 times with no resolution, the last one has yet to call). Lennox system's have faulty coils (see Reddit). Fox says they NOW don't use Lennox. (Head scratch) You make the connection. So, all I asked for was a new coil installed (part covered under warranty, 7 yrs left) and a guarantee that if it failed again (meaning I'd pay this time and have seven TX summers to go), Fox would not charge me for labor ($3244...pretty steep price too)...no call back."

Faught re-ducted some of the returns placing them in closets which kept my computers cool and kept the ceilings and walls free of return ducts :) The second HVAC was in our townhome and was a challenge because of limited space. Faught installed a continuous unit that allowed only the power that we needed and allowed us to section-off the master bedroom. My wife likes the MBR to be 65* at night and Faught's approach saves us on utility bills. All work was completed timely, in a professional manner and for a competitive price. We will definitely use them again."
