Central A/C - Service or Repair
I used to trust this company for a wide range of services, but my last few experiences have been so negative I am ready to give up on Fox Service. Five days ago an HVAC technician did work on the system I purchased from Fox two years ago. I had questions about his non-itemized estimate but his responses were vague and contradictory. However, he assured me that the invoice would be itemized to help clear things up. It wasnâ t. His behavior was so erratic that I even called Fox back while he was still on-site. The phone rep assured me I would hear back from a service manager very promptly. Five days later and Iâ m still waiting to hear from that person, Robert Lee. I need a service company I can trust and have faith in. Fox Service is no longer that company in my opinion.

Central A/C - Install
They had to cut out a chunk of the wall. The installer said that they would come back the next day and put in a plywood door to cover the opening. I have contacted them a couple of times and they have not responded or made the repair. I believed them and paid for the installation. My mistake. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UNTIL THEY FINISH THE JOB.

From the saleman, Brandon, who first reached out to us and worked with us on the equipment and the quote to the team that came out to do the installation of 2 AC units, everyone was professional polite, worked within our budget and explained our options clearly! Highly recommend Fox!

I actually had my Air and Heating units all replaced. Work was completed in 1 day, all old equipment hauled off my property. I got other bids, they were not only the best but with better equipment than competitor. Would use again and highly recommend.

Installation took place 14 days after I had accepted the bid, which was contingent of them getting my broken one repaired the next day free of charge, Which they did. I would have rated them 4.5 stars if possible,
