"Plumber charged a lot to hack up my house to fix a leaking pipe behind the dishwasher. He didn't hook up the dishwasher drain line correctly and it leaked. Had to fix myself. They used a scrap pipe instead of the proper $2 part. They wanted to charge me a service fee to come out and fix their problem. I would give zero stars if I could. Over $2200 for bad work. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is that I wish he had explained in greater detail exactly what was going to happen when he learned that it was the first cleaning. Perhaps it is partially my fault for not asking more question and for not watching what they were doing. I later found out that their cost was a little higher than another company, and I was surprised by the service fee (which I assume was for using a credit card, but there was no other option than to pay with a credit card)."
