The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is that I wish he had explained in greater detail exactly what was going to happen when he learned that it was the first cleaning. Perhaps it is partially my fault for not asking more question and for not watching what they were doing. I later found out that their cost was a little higher than another company, and I was surprised by the service fee (which I assume was for using a credit card, but there was no other option than to pay with a credit card)."

The quality of their concrete work was poor, and the stonework required repairs almost immediately after the job was finished. Although they offered a one-year warranty on their work, and we developed a mutually agreed-upon repair plan, they began the repairs but ultimately refused to complete the final tasks and repairs outlined in the agreement and have completely ghosted us."
