Office was very good at communicating, sending agreement, and confirming appointment. Four nice ladies arrived early to clean my tiny two-bedroom home. They seemed to stretch the time to 2 1/2 hours, which at $160/hour brought the price to over $435! (That's a lot to me.) Job was good, but not wonderful. Furniture was dusted, but not oiled/polished. One lady worked while holding a cell phone to her ear. Did not vacuum in closets, did not move any furniture, clean hall light fixture, or wipe shelves of refrigerator. fyi, price does not include windows. Funny thing they did clean was the 'ashes' from our gas fireplace...so, we had to spend another $40 to buy more of those from the fireplace store.

tA team of 4 maids spent around 3 hours cleaning our empty house while we ran errands to get ready for the movers' arrival. The previous day, I spoke to the owner and went over exactly what we needed: a thorough kitchen cleaning, making sure all cabinets & drawers, as well as the fridge, freezer, sink & stove top, were to be scrubbed and spotless. Bathrooms needed deep cleaning. Floors were to be mopped until they were clean. Based the angieslist ratings, the # of women cleaning and the amount of time spent, we really expected a clean house when they were finished and were disappointed to find it wasn't done well. After inspecting the job, I pointed out that the fridge and cabinets were still dirty inside (there was dried egg yolk all over the inside of the fridge and food particles in every cabinet and drawer!). I also wiped the floor in there and the paper towel came up gray, so I asked for the floors to be re-mopped. We left again to run more errands and when we came back, it still wasn't done but the maids said they were out of time and had to leave, so we were left with only a semi-cleaned house. On top of everything else is cost $560 and the cleaning products they used smelled horrible, like something industrial you might use in a public restroom. 3.5 months later, we still have that smell in our house and can't get it out. I called the owner the next day to complain and he really offered no solution to the problem, in fact he sort of made me feel badly about it, like we put them out by asking to be scheduled last-minute.
