"At first, it went well. Mr. Clarkson, the owner, was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He came over within a reasonable time frame to bid the job and provided a written estimate that was fair. They also got us on the schedule fairly quickly. The office staff that we spoke to were all nice and professional as well. The siding repair went fine. Then, when they did the roof, we were pleasantly surprised that they finished in one day. However, when we came home to see the roof after it was finished, things started to go awry. We noticed that there was some material still laying in one of our flower beds. When I asked him about it, Mr. Clarkson stated that one of his guys would be "back to finish the drip edge". The man did come back right away, but he never properly finished installing the metal drip edge. I alerted Mr. Clarkson to the fact that a portion of the drip edge was left incomplete. It was very noticeable- I don't see how someone could have accidentally left it that way, honestly. Anyway, Mr. Clarkson responded quickly and stated that someone would come fix it. Ok, no problem. However, when the "someone" arrived to fix it, they still didn't install it correctly. Again, a noticeable piece of the drip edge was missing. So, I contacted Mr. Clarkson again and asked that he personally come look at the "correction". He did so- promptly and without complaint. After seeing the drip edge, he told me that he agreed with me- that it was substandard. He seemed genuinely put out with his own workers for not installing it correctly. He stated that someone would come fix it. So, the third time his guys came out to fix the drip edge rolls around... They showed up at 7:45 pm and it was already dark, so they couldn't adequately see what they were doing. To make matters worse, we observed them climbing on the window trying to reach the repair area. Turns out, they had come to the house to do the repair without even bringing a LADDER! After we let them use our ladder, the drip edge was installed adequately, but jeez...talk about unprofessional! So, overall, it seems that Mr. Clarkson is trying to run an honest and quality business. He really seems to be a nice man, and if this rating were just for him- he'd get an A. However, a business is only as good as the people it employs. There's also a lot to be said for doing things right the first time."

"Jennifer responded immediately to schedule an estimate. Michael provided a detailed quote and answered all of my questions. After selecting M&J Home Improvement of SA, Michael coordinated with me to schedule the repairs and provided all information I needed for my prior approval from my homeowner’s association. Michael and his crew was on time, prepped the entire interior and exterior, performed the work perfectly, and cleaned the work are every day. The work included repairing studs and header beam that had rotted. To complete, they needed to remove interior drywall, insulation, a large window, and replace the studs and beams. They then removed the damaged exterior stucco and replaced. The project took about 8 work days to complete and looks better than new. We also had ceiling and drywall damage in our garage following a summer monsoon that was also repaired at the same time. M & J did such an amazing job that we will be using them for a kitchen and master bath remodel as well as to repair exterior French doors that were improperly installed by the previous owners."

"Outstanding from start to finish.  I met Charlie Rakosky and he gave me a good estimate of the work to be done.  The painting was delayed due to cool and wet weather, but once started, the job took about 2 days.  The crew - Hector, Mario and Francisco - were very pleasant to work with.  They started on time and did a thorough job.
 In addition to the power washing, caulking and painting, they sealed the area between the Hardie siding and the slab.  360 uses only top of the line paint and caulk.
The Sherwin Williams satin paint looks great.  Highly recommend them.

Started job quickly and completed all work within several days. Hauled away all old materials and cleaned up the area where they were working. Very satisfied with the results. "The owner of the company, Mr. Biediger, came to the house with the insurance adjuster to assist with the appraisal.  After the adjuster completed her inspection, Mr. Biediger explained to me the process of installing a new roof and the materials used.  I was told I could go with any company, but I decided to stay with the same company because I was impressed with the time Mr. Biediger spent with me explaining everything and making sure I understood the process.  I selected a date when I'd be off from work and the job was completed that day.  We also talked about a week prior to the install to decide on color and type of shingle.  A day before the install date, I was notified the materials would be delivered so they were available to start the install on the date agreed.  The work men arrived early that day and worked continuously until the job was completed.  Tear down of the old roof was performed fairly quickly and neatly.  The old materials were picked up and cleared of the area prior to starting the next task.  The foreman explained each stop to me as they proceeded with the job.  Once the project was completed, the area around the house was totally cleaned, as if nothing was done.  The following day, a subcontractor came to install the gutters and downspouts.  We had spoken a few days prior to discuss color and measurements were taken so on the day of installation of the gutters, it was a matter of taking the old ones down and putting the new ones up.  This process took about 3-4 hours.  Afterwards, the area was totally cleaned also.  Each person I spoke with from the owner down to the lowest level work man was very knowledgeable and knew their task on the team like a "well-oiled machine".  I like to ask questions and each person was more than willing to answer them without making me feel stupid and made me feel like they wanted to teach me.  I have referred this company to others and would continue to do so.  I would also use them again if I might need another roof or gutter replacement or repair.  For me, another important aspect was everyone I dealt with was dog-friendly.  I have 3 dogs and everyone took the time to meet the dogs and pet them a little. "
