"We hired nachos company in 2021 to do a deck extension, add an additional deck with stairs, replace the roof, install gutters, and waterproof the wood, they also installed a walkway. The original sub contractor that was hired used very poor quality, untreated wood, and poor quality materials. The majority of the work was actually done incorrectly and caused many problems. In May of 2024 nachos company came back to the house and replaced all the untreated woods with treated woods. They repaired all the problem with the roof, gutters, previous poor workmanship. We are satisfied with the warranty work and appreciated that he honored his warranty when most of the contractors don't."
