"I have had this provider over twice now and would hire again. He shows up on time, does a thorough job of inspecting the roof and letting me know of any issues, and fixes minor things such as pulled up shingles."

"The people who came to do the work were professional and on time. They pressure washed the deck and lattice. By all accounts, it was very dirty. They returned several days later to apply the stain. 
The stain was not even or consistent. It did require a second coat which they applied later at no further cost. It was a blanket deal off Angie's List, but turned very expensive including the lattice. I did appreciate that they returned, but did not schedule it with either me or my wife. This was the only slip up on their part.
Overall, it was expensive, but I don't know If the job could have been done cheaper by anyone else. My only reluctance would be negotiating a 2nd coat up front rather than have to haggle after the fact.

"They were fine but they were running late. I told them to come in the late afternoon but they had too many calls. So, what they did for me in place of that was they gave me an extra yard of mulch for the inconvenience because they had to come back the next day. They were really good about it and there were no additional charges. They are coming back next week for some followup. They were nice people and they kept with the lateness. They could not make it and I understood that they could not so I was not bothered by that. I have not had mulching done before but I think that their price was pretty reasonable. They spreaded the mulch pretty well but they spilt some mulch and they did not sweep it up. That was the only thing. They were already out on the street so I had to do that myself. Normally, these companies will clean up after themselves but they did not do that."

"We are very pleased with the work completed by SNL. Stephen is very knowledgeable and worked with us to identify the best type of landscaping and trees/plants for our yard. They also installed an irrigation system and put down new sod - our yard looks great! Stephen kept us informed throughout the process and quickly responded to any questions we had and started/completed work when promised. We continue to use SNL for our lawn maintenance and would definitely recommend them."
