"Ron was very easy to communicate with about my problems with a pooched shingle/roof leak and removing a chimney cap and sealing the flue top. After the free estimate, the work was scheduled promptly and Ron arrived on time with all necessary materials. He repaired the shingle problem, then fabricated, installed and sealed the flue top as agreed. To my pleasant surprise, the work took less time than estimated and Ron adjusted the bill, passing the savings along to me. I have engaged many contractors over the years for home and commercial projects and experienced issues either with timeliness, cost overruns or workmanship quality.
